When the library project display is finished at the end of this month in Stokes, Vermont, can I ask the librarian to send the display to you? That way you will have it if any of the libraries agree to have the display.

Yes, it's sad that scheduling is so hard. I would be happy to schedule it for you.

Tell me the library name and town and which month you would like to reserve.

Decide with the librarian whether there is room for the banner, 3' x 4', which can hang on a wall or the front of a table. The alternative is the smaller poster, 15" x 20" which can sit on a stand on a table top or the top of a display case.

I would mail the display materials to you a week before the display begins.

The "partial" registration refers to any alternative to the regular attendance, to cover people who didn't want to eat there, and/or wanted to attend only certain parts of the weekend.

We should have it out Thurs. or Fri. If you cannot get the flyers from Ed., I will be happy to forward it to you. Anything else you need? Please let me know what I can do for you.
