I'm very interested in establishing a "virtual training" tool for B.W. I have used them frequently in my professional life, and find them extremely useful. It can allow for interactive training that is very near to the caliber of education that can be done in a classroom or conference. The tool used by my company is called Virtual Classroom, but from what Bill said in the quarterly meeting, I'm sure we have numerous options to choose from. The easier part is will probably establishing the technology. As with all things new, it will take us some time to find the best technical solution. Once established, we can develop an initial online curriculum and rain team leaders to use the tool with their teams. As you mentioned Christopher, it will provide even local teams an option to reduce their carbon footprint. We will need to discuss with Bill the tools he has already acquired for us and go from there. The the primary tools would be a virtual meeting utility that allows sharing a common desktop that will hopefully include its own chat line, and telephone bridge line access.
