It's wonderful to have a connection in Nigeria! Many of us in Beyond War have been anxious to create an international version of the DVD that is on the website. As you can see, the present one was created for an American audience. We would like to produce a DVD that could be shown in any culture or society -- and be equally effective in educating people about a new way of thinking -- in other words, getting the Beyond War messages across without an American bias.
I hope you might be interested in helping us by suggesting how the powerful Guiding Principles and Core Practices could best be presented to people in Nigeria. We want to eliminate most all references to America in the international DVD. What else should be included to appeal to people in your culture? Are the 4 strategies in the DVD (diplomacy, foreign aid, support international law, and collaboration with other nations) complete? Should there be more?
