Our online community center is nearly ready to launch. We know it can be a confusing place if you are not used to this kind of thing, and we will be adding a suite of training tips to help you use it. So, we have started a forum discussion where you can share your ideas to help us get ready for this exciting facility. This can be a big help in our work when we all learn how to use it. Hi Bill - Actually I find it confusing myself. I think it has a lot of potential though. You mentioned a place that would have been better for me to place my comments and requests for feedback, but I haven't found it. Any hints?

If I recall, it was only that you didn't yet understand which items go on a comment wall vs. a blog entry vs. a forum discussion. That is understandable. These are things we are all trying to learn together as we go. We are starting to get a better sense of which types of entries go best in which places. This is something the training tips will definitely address. Thanks!
